[Solved]: Surgical PX: Dr. Presley performed fat necrosis debride

Surgical PX: Dr. Presley performed fat necrosis debridement and closure of a complex wound. Michael has a 4 X 7 centimeters diameter fat necrosis, the wound itself was initially about 5 centimeters in diameter. PX: The left buttock was prepped and draped in a routine sterile fashion. The area of the wound was enlarged, revealing a 4 X 7 cm area of fat necrosis. This was debrided and tissue was submitted to pathology. The wound was irrigated, and a Jackson Pratt drain was placed and protruded out. It was sutured out of the wound with 0 Monocryl, closing the wound with subcuticular 2-0 Monocryl and a few horizontal mattress sutures of 2-0 Monocryl.
