What happens after you order
Here is the full journey so there are no surprises:
- You send your request. Tell us the service, subject, level, length and deadline, attach any files and submit. You receive a confirmation email with a reference number straight away.
- We confirm your price. A coordinator reviews your instructions, checks the estimate and replies with the confirmed price and a matched tutor. Nothing is charged at this stage.
- You approve and pay securely. Once you are happy, we send a secure payment link. Work begins when payment is received.
- Your tutor gets to work. You can message your tutor, share extra materials and follow progress on the Track Your Order page.
- You receive and review. Download your work, compare it with your brief and request free revisions if anything is missing.
Choosing the right deadline
Longer deadlines cost less and give your tutor time to research properly. Urgent deadlines — from 6 hours — are available for most subjects and are priced with a clearly shown multiplier. If you are unsure, pick the longest deadline you can afford and add a note in your instructions; we will tell you if something looks tight.
Tutoring sessions
For live help, choose a tutor from the tutor directory or pick a tutoring package. You agree times by message or phone, then meet online with screen sharing. Need to reschedule? Tell us at least 12 hours ahead and we will move it for free.
Revisions and support
Free revisions are included when work does not match your original instructions. Support is available around the clock by chat, phone and email, and every message is answered by a person.
