Dionine is a medical assistant, primarily working in the front office of a cardiology dinic. She loves working with and helping patients. She prefers structure and is great at helping the office stay organized and on task but struggles to adapt to unexpected needs, induding patient accommodations. Looking at the schedule, Dionne sees that a patient, Mr. Singh, is coming in this ameroon and needs to complete annual paperwork. Her previous experience with him is that he talks loudly, to the point of yelling, and that he becomes easily agrated with paperwork. Dionne decides to seek out support before he comes in.
