Can you please help me to write one to two pages of overall impression about taking care of a severe Motor Vehicle accident trauma patient who diagnosed with hemopneumothorax, ARDS, Asthma, and repiratory faiure after trauma. He was admitted in the ED then ended up in the ICU. He got intubated and mechanically ventilated in the ED. The next day he required VV ECMO due to repiratory failure, ARDS, and ventilatory failure. His condiction is stable for now and the pan is to trach him when he is more stable. Our healthcare team tried our best for his recovery even he is a severely ill and complicated patient
