[Solved]: A 55yr old female pt

A 55yr old female pt. have difficulty in go on sleep in the last 29 days. She has no power to working and her manager will fire her from work. She come to psychiatric doctor seeking a help. The doctor described doxepin 150mg at bedtime. She took doxepin for 10 days with no improvement. She stoped doxepin for two days and start promethazine 25mg at bed time. She felled with numbness in her face around her mouth before she gets in seizure. At ER seizure was controlled and ECG give QT prolongation.
